• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most of the domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Also if you have purchased something pre-ordered, the printing process takes at least a week to get finished and after that we ship them ASAP.

• Why is your store mostly on pre-order?

  Since I'm just starting out as a company, I want to get a rough estimate of the number of orders we receive before ordering the shirts. Once we have a bigger customer base, our products will then be available at all times. Pre-order normally takes 2-4 weeks to get done.

• What is Storenvy?

• What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?

Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. Storenvy will never even see your financial information. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  Also, by using this type of payment method, Storenvy uses a brand new PayPal technology that splits payments. This means that you can make purchases from multiple stores while paying just one total. PayPal distributes the payments to each store owner automatically.

• I don't have PayPal account. What do I do?

  No need to worry! You don't need a PayPal account to buy something. Although all payments on Storenvy go through PayPal, you can checkout as a guest and just enter your card details if you prefer.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
